Trial booking form

• Please see the booking forms below for our Putney, Epsom and Ewell classes.

• These forms are to book trial classes.

• Trial classes are £8.00 and are non refundable.

• No payment is taken for the term until the place is confirmed and the child has had a trial class.

• We will try to respond to enquires within 48 hours. If you haven’t received a response please do check your junk email.
